MTB Shop Rides

Simon leads an off road ride once per month from The Bike Bay / Emily's Tea Shop courtyard.  This usually takes place on the First Sunday of the month meeting at 9:45am for a 10:00am departure.

The next ride will be the Bank Holiday Monday 8th May.  Please let Simon know if you intend to come along so he can inform you of any last minute changes to the plan!

The ride usually takes approximately two hours and aims to get back for cake at Emily's tea Shop.

The pace is always set to whoever turns up.  No pressure at all, we'll ride to the slowest riders pace so if you're looking for a race then this isn't the ride for you.

Some off road experience is recommended especially in the wetter months - it can get pretty slippy out there!  Likewise a well maintained mountain bike is probably the best tool for the job although skilled cx/gravel bike riders will probably be ok.

Apps Cycle Works / The Bike Bay takes no responsibility for your choice to ride an unsuitable or poorly maintained bike - join us at your own risk and ride within your own limits!

(Give us a call or message for a chat if unsure)

If enough interest is shown, maybe we'll arrange a gravel / CX style ride as well? - Let me know.
